This is a old video of an re:konstrukt improvisation in the studio with various live footage clips. It was published here at the Crescens Collective website a while ago so some of you might have seen it before. However this is hopefully also the new beginning of many more video releases known as podcasts to come from the Crescens Collective from here on. We’re very much looking forward to experiment with this new technology and we hope you are with us here! Don’t hesitate to send us comments, ideas or suggestions about what you would like to see and hear. The possibilities are endless…

As you maybe know, Re-konstrukt was playing in Jönköping (sweden) at the kulturhuset in an concert arranged by Svavel collective. It was a very nice meeting, with nice people, delicius food, homemade wine and good music. Could it have been better??…

A few weeks ago we promised we would publish re:konsrukt live in concert. Unfortunately our sound material from Umeå did not turn out the best. We therefore recorded a short improvisation in the studio and used video material from various concerts and from the studio to make this little film. We hope you enjoy.

For those who are enjoying it a lot: We are planing to not just show videos here but making them available as podcast. We deeply honestly really hope to be able to publish podcasts from all the diffrent projects in the future, both video and audio. But the podcast is going to be delayed.

We are almost done with the preparation for the up coming re konstrukt show. Edourdo Astudillo and I are travelling to Umeå to perform at moonskake. Expect experimental electronics with self-build sound systems, i.e. parts from videorecorders and aquaria air pumps. You will also get to see what guitars and record players can be good for if you stop using them in a traditional way. A videobackdrop will also be present, this is also performed with an experimental touch. Hopefully we are able to publish some video material from the show here on the side later on.

Same night you will have to chance to see Mikko Savela from Sweden and Will Guthrie from France.

Jan Carleklev also going to have two seminars around the topic “sound art - in between”. Where he discuss fragments from the past and more resent activities in the sound art and EA music field. He will also show examples from his own works.
